Chef Labossiere had created incredibly tasty, fresh GF pasta for Notable, the Restaurant, where he is Executive Chef. He tasked us with building a brand that would capture the concept of what he had created while respecting his aesthetic. We loved the authenticity of ‘hand made’ for him, and have used it as the theme on which we build every piece.
